How to Initiate a Return

Please note that you must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Do not ship items back without receiving these details, as packages sent to unauthorized addresses cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 to 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
